Just terrible and rude

I was represent by Mr. Wharton previously and reached out for a consultation again and the ball was completely dropped. My mother initially reached out to them for me in June and they reached out shortly after but I missed the called. I called twice after that leaving voicemails each time with my phone number and no one reached back out. It is October now and I was hoping to try to get a consultation again and the lady that answered the phone was very rude continuously cut me off and made it seem like it was my fault for the lack of contact saying I didn’t try to reach out again when I wasn’t even trying to place the blame on anyone initially. She was very unprofessional and was not empathetic to the situation at all.

Rude! Called to inquire about them taking my case. I was cut off and basically treated as I was below them. Unprofessional and not a way to treat prospective clients.

I called and said im trying to find lawyer to take my case. Before I could even say what I calling for I was cut off and told "I can tell we can't help so I don't want to go any further wasting your time saying what's going on". The only thing I can receive from that is racism from white man hearing a black person's voice
