Amazing law firm they help me when I needed them the most and it’s been a pleasure working with them

I have a really strong case and was shopping around for lawyers and this law firm got recommended to me by my parents client so I called to schedule a consultation but I was in a time crunch the first call so they said they’d give me a call back at 3:00 , I had some time sooner so I called and they told me they’d give couldn’t take my call until someone clocked in at 2:00 to call me, I receive this call and the connection isn’t the best, I’m being asked unnecessary questions (when I spoke to other attorneys and the realized what my case was about they got straight to the point) she’s asking me to repeat myself because she can’t hear me so now I’m slightly frustrated and said I could come into the Claremont office to answer the questions in person and they said I can’t until I answer all questions then I can potentially receive a consultation and honestly I wasn’t asking to speak to the attorney but I wanted to be able to give clear answers without having to repeat myself and got shut down. It was a frustrating experience and I honestly just gave up on this firm because I don’t want to work on such a strong and important case with an attorney that makes it this difficult to be reached .In addition to this the first person I called seemed to talk down on me when I called back to finish the questions portion of the inquiry. I’ve reached out to a few different firms and this was definitely the most frustrating experience so far I wouldn’t waste my time.

Working with a lawyer can be stressful and overwhelming, I know it was for me. However, working with Scott and Justin literally made the best out of the situation for me. My comfort was so important to them. When things got tough they understood and they prep far in advance. Always keeping me in the loop and well in communication with where we are in the process. Highly recommend working with them.

He and his staff seem a bit overwhelmed with their current load and therefore, unfortunately off putting toward prospective clients like myself. I did my due diligence in going through a preliminary intake process the week prior, and going to this attorney’s office this week to inquire about a follow up. I ran into Mr. Wheeler directly in the hallway after speaking to his assistant who was quick to let me know that she was on her lunch break, which is her legal right…. Mr. Wheeler on the other hand, made the assumption that I was going to ask him for legal advice and proceeded to dismiss my attempt in asking him anything under the guise of not giving legal advice outside of his office that he quickly walked into and closed the door; it was rude. My intent was to only inquire if he had reviewed my intake for consideration of a consultation; after all, last week, his assistant Ms. Lopez, informed me that Mr. Wheeler worked outside of the office indefinitely. I guess I got lucky running into him in person? It’s safe to say that I no longer care to do business with this firm, although I was referred to Wheeler’s office by another firm who did not specialize in what I need assistance with, but thought that I may have a strong case. The overall issue here was the dismissive tone received for every interaction I attempted to have, and a lack of integrity regarding his availability and the overall intake process. Easy money lost on this firm’s end, given the evidence I could provide, and the money I was willing to spend. I would have been better off, Googling random firms than trusting the professional referral that I was given to consult with Wheeler. *Inquirers BEWARE*

first appointment, he at the last minute had to cancel. When i went in on 2nd the first thing i was asked was you have check of cash. I said no one mention form of payment; i have either a debit or credit card. Girl asked if i would walk to the bank, get cash and come back. I just left (PERIOD).
