Highly recommend The Witmeyer Law Firm. Our case was complex but Carl took the time to review our evidence and reasons for what we wanted which ultimately led to us hiring his firm. A bonus was he assigned our case to another lawyer within his firm, Zach Cranford. We were very impressed with Zach. He was well prepared and attentive to our needs before, during, and after our case. He was amazing in the courtroom. We walked out with a win. Call this firm for a review of your legal needs even if you feel overwhelmed and hopeless. They came through for us. We would hire them again.

Star is for his amazing secretary. Carl’s disposition is lackluster at best. He lacks the communication skills basic in a relationship one would expect from an attorney. Pushes to settle as opposed to fighting the way I had hoped.

I wish I was able to give more than 5 stars. Carl helped ease my mind while going through visitation and custody and was present for all court dates. I truly appreciate his dedication and his drive to ensure my son and I got everything we deserved. I appreciate him so much and would HIGHLY recommend the Witmeyer Firm!!!

Hiring Carl was the biggest mistake I have made in my life. He makes promises and doesn't keep them, at great cost to his client. I'm sure he was great at one time, but he is past due for retirement. If you are considering hiring him for a divorce, proceed with extreme caution.

I really have huge respect for Wes Witmeyer he is professional and a beast in court !! He’s always been so kind and attentive to me and has made me feel comfortable walking into court with him thank you Wes for everything that you do and have been doing !!
