Great Trial Lawyer The Best I've seen in a long time.
Thank you. That's a very nice thing to say.
Down to earth and very honest and professional. Mike will get the job done... Thank you Mike are the goat
Thanks, Ms. Hollowell. Those are nice things to say. Good luck in your new home!
Mike was superb! Very flexible with his time and took the time to answer all of my questions. Would recommend him for anyone needing legal help in the Memphis area.
Thank you so much.
Mike: the MAN, the MYTH, the LEGEND! He took on my case, calmly laid out a game plan ( more importantly, he believed me when I said I was wronged) - and EXECUTED! Needless to say WE WON, all CHARGES WERE DISSMISSED & EXPUNGED! Do you need anymore convincing?! Also, he's cheaply priced (don't tell him I told you so)! Mike has a very kind personality, calm & calming demeanor, and is absolutely courteous. I will use him AGAIN (definitely not for any problematic issues, as I will maintain my innocence). He's worth the call / text.
Thank you for this very kind review.
Had an issue that most wouldn't fight...Mike did and WE WON. Thanks for the great work!
Really glad you chose us and the case worked out.
Hard working man! He’s amazing! Anything dealing with probation or just dealing with ANYTHING period! I recommend him. Communication is GREAT! Effort is a1 !!! Thank you Mike, I really appreciate you!!

Mr working is the best lawyer I've ever had and his staff are great as well
When I was with Chelsea multiple meetings, you were there. 4 witness came with me and you told me how much the charge would be. The reason I tried to hire you for the 2nd case was because you said you’d fix the original. You also said you didn’t sign anything but I have your signature on the decree. You even said that you wish that you were at the trial with us. Your firm is unprofessional. You cannot build a business off of lies. Each review says the same thing about you lying about having clients and now you’re lying about having an employee. You are not a divorce lawyer, you are a criminal lawyer, you should not be handling these types of cases.I didn’t lie about anything, it’s your guys’ job to confirm how many businesses I own.
You 100% do not have my signature on a decree. If you think that is my signature, you are in bad shape man. You are a very angry and confused man and you continue to hurt yourself and your cases.

I offered to argue a motion for the judge to reconsider his ruling. I informed you it was not likely to be fixed. Obviously, I will not be proceeding with your motion to reconsider the judge’s ruling - that was filed, on time by a lawyer who became a prosecutor after your trial who was not an employee of this business. I will also not be representing you on your new case - at your request.
I recently had the hellish experience of working with the Working Law Firm in Memphis, Tennessee, and I must say it was a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience. My experience with this law firm was marked by unprofessionalism, a lack of timeliness, and a complete breakdown in communication. Firstly, the constant requests for documents were bewildering. I diligently provided all requested documents as per their instructions, only to find that when I requested documents from my opposition's lawyer, Chelsea Rainey, she seemed to have little to no interest in following through. It was disheartening to experience such inconsistency in the handling of my case. During the trial, a critical moment in any legal process, my attorney, Chelsea Rainey, exhibited a lack of preparation and professionalism that was concerning. She left the courtroom for an extended period of over 20 minutes, disrupting the proceedings, simply to locate a piece of paper. This not only reflected poorly on her but also had a negative impact on my case. The most alarming part of my experience came after the trial. The owner of the law firm, Michael Working, terminated my lawyer, Chelsea Rainey, and astonishingly denied that she had ever been employed by him. To make matters worse, he took it upon himself to sign the final decree without my consent or notifying me. He hold onto my final decree without notifying me for more than a month. This move effectively prevented me from exercising my right to appeal, robbing me of a fair chance to rectify the situation. Michael Working's negligence in handling my case was evident throughout the entire process. It's deeply concerning when a law firm and its owner are willing to act against the best interests of their clients, prioritize their own convenience over legal ethics, and ultimately undermine the pursuit of justice. Furthermore, my experience with the Working Law Firm was paired with their incessant requests for money, even for the most basic and routine tasks. It was baffling to me that they would charge exorbitant fees for even a brief three-minute phone call. This constant nickel-and-diming left me feeling as though my financial interests were being exploited at every turn, and it created an atmosphere of distrust and unease. In a situation where legal representation should provide reassurance and support, this firm's relentless pursuit of fees for the simplest interactions only added to the overall dissatisfaction with their services. It is clear that their focus on financial gain took precedence over providing ethical and client-centered legal assistance, further reinforcing my negative impression of the Working Law Firm. In conclusion, my experience with the Working Law Firm in Memphis, Tennessee, was nothing short of a legal nightmare. Unprofessionalism, poor communication, and a blatant disregard for due process marred the entire experience. I would strongly advise anyone seeking legal representation to steer clear of this firm, as they appear to prioritize their interests over their clients' well-being. In my opinion, this firm falls far short of the standards one should expect from legal professionals and should have their licenses revoked.
The lawyer who represented Ajib Ahmed was a lawyer that rented an office in our building but was never an employee or lawyer in the Worming Law Firm. I did not ever appear for Mr. Ahmed at any court appearance in three years.

In his trial, his judge declared him to be a liar about almost everything, so he did not do as well as he hoped. He is angry at everyone but himself. Based on this review, I have to agree with the judge: he does not tell the truth.

My signature is not on his final decree, and he has a right to have his ruling reconsidered. This firm has not in any way, “relentlessly pursued fees.” In three years of representation, Mr. Ahmed paid the lawyer he hired less than one-third of what he was ordered to pay his wife’s attorney just for the trial.

After losing his trial, Mr. Ahmed immediately tried to hire Mike Working on another case. Then he decided he could do it himself, and asked for a refund. Because he didn’t pay the bill, I said I would give the refund to the man who paid the bill. After not being able to swindle me or his friend out of money, he left a bad review.

- Mike Working
I have to give a big thanks to the Working Firm! I had an event nearby to attend and needed a special place to park a large vehicle. After reaching out to them, they were extremely accommodating to myself and our team. If they are this nice to a complete stranger I would have to imagine they really go above and beyond for their clients. Thanks again, Jason
