I recently went through a rough custody case. It was over a year long process from delays and rescheduling. The mother had elected to file for full custody from joint custody. She used extreme measures, including hiring a private investigator to tag my fiance's vehicle and my vehicle with trackers, and he video recorded us in our home. This was easily the most stressful and emotionally draining event of my life. I won't go into more, but I want to tell any parent that will listen. If you have any questions about your rights as a parent, call Trey. No matter how simple you think it may be, call Trey. He will give you clear advice and direction. He will tell you specifically what you should and should not do. As long as you are honest, Trey has an answer. He clearly has a passion for what he does and after watching him in the court room, his experience and knowledge match his passion. I can’t say enough about Trey. The most stressful year ever and Trey just tells like it is and his calm demeanor put me at ease.
