JR Yates handled my Social Security Disability claim for about 2 years. Initially I filed a claim on my own, was denied. I then contact JR as he was recommended to me by a good many people. From there he was a God send! He handled everything! My case was unique and out of the ordinary, yet because of JR's extensive experience in SSDI he was able to obtain and immense amount of medical records for many providers and was able to pull together a compelling case. I was denied again, JR petitioned the court for an appeal. Had the appeal, got very complicated and Judge said she could deny me right there on the spot. But JR once again gave a compelling argument and the Judge said she would grant another hearing in 90 days. Jr was very well prepared for the next hearing and I was awarded FULLY FAVORABLE! I thank God for putting JR in my path and without him I surely would not have gotten this much needed benefit. It took in total over a 3 year process. But JR never gave up even though I grew weary! He pushed me to continue. I WOULD NOT use anyone else for a disability claim attorney than Mr. JR. Yates. Not only he is super knowledgeable and experienced in this field, he is so easy to work with! He always returns calls, text, emails, etc. He is kind and compassionate and reassuring. He sat with me as I cried many times. I never wanted to file for disability, I would much rather have good health and work. But that has not been the case in life. JR understand it ALL!. He's just amazing! Thank your JR!
