Very new intake specialist she was very cut and dry Sonia I believe was her name absolutely rude and careless about her job,no empathy or compassion, would not even allow me to ask her questions as to what county do they cover or have they took cases for personal injury on workers compensation prior.She will run off all your clients with her attitude not wanting to listen to us.Bad Buisness
