Zimmerman Lawfirm did an outstanding job on getting some type of compensation for injuries from an accident that could have been way worse for my family members and I. They thoroughly cared and actually lessened the cut they took out of the settlement we received. Received a small Life Insurance check after my wife passed. It was made out to "The estate of . . . ". The Insurance Company rep stated most likely I will need a "Small Estate Affidavit" and the bank wanted a full Court Probate. I contacted Mr. Beach for advise. Using his 'strategy' I was able to get that checked deposit without needing any Probate Court documents. This saved me 2 to 5 thousand dollars; 1/3 to 1/2 of the check value. Mr. Beach is my hero!
