I have dealt with Mr. Cooke for many years. He do his part and I do mine and then the case is signed sealed and closed before you know it.
I worked with Ted about 15 years ago on a very big case. He was the most attentive and efficient injury lawyer I’ve ever dealt with. His follow ups sometimes were frequently but needed and he won my case in a very short time! Over the past 15 years I have trusted Ted to refer many friends and family; as well as him always being available to answer my questions. I highly recommend him and would definitely work with him again!
Not a good lawyer very greedy
When I received notice of a one star review this evening, I promptly pulled my former client's file closed ten plus years ago, and conscientiously called to ask about her review. She wasn't interested in any conversation. In pulling her closed case, I noticed that this same client referred a family member to me five years ago, and asked for my advice on yet another matter one year subsequent to that referral.
Very dishonest. The agreement was that all the medical bills were getting paid. He tricked me to sign the check over then doesn't pay them ..pockets all the money like a crackhead. .messed up my credit..don't do business unless you want issues .should be renamed theodore crooke .
My settlement agreements are short, written in clear language, "Unpaid medical expenses remain the client’s responsibility." Hospital or physician liens deducted from the settlement are listed directly above the client's signed approval.
Not very good at all to say the least! Definitely wouldn't recommend.
As I approach nearly forty years practicing law, client network referrals between family, friends, and co-workers has never been stronger. People really appreciate my availability for direct communication with their lawyer throughout the claims process and painstaking attention to detail. Mine is a novel, refreshing, conscientious approach to the legal field. I will continue earning the patronage of past satisfied clients, and meet the needs of deserving injured persons.
