I am very thankful that I was recommended Thierman Buck Law Firm! Initially, I was very intimidated at the thought of speaking to a Lawyers Office. This Firm truly put all those worries at ease! I specifically worked with Leah, Josh, and Araceli on my Class Action and I feel I could not have had better representation! During Intake, Araceli was very thorough and welcoming. Any questions and she was just an email or call away to assist me! Araceli is definitely an asset to the Thierman Buck team! During the beginning of Case I was given a very clear timeline and everything was very up front, which I really appreciated. Working with Josh I always felt very heard. Any questions I had for him, he not only had an answer but was also able to give me an explanation. Any interaction I had with Leah I was always made to feel that my Case was very high priority to her. She truly cares about her clients and it shows! Josh and Leah were EXCELLENT legal counsel and they ensured justice for my entire Class! I will always be grateful to them and their Team!

Apparently they like to tell potential they will call them back and then never call back... SIX times. I was told this was a good firm by a friend that they helped.. but man, if you're not taking on clients, just tell me. Don't promise a call back and never follow through.

So in regards to the people of Nevada vs DETR, Mark is a non-stop, guns blazing, no BS kind of attorney. This guy just doesn't back down. I'd hate to be on the wrong end of a lawsuit facing this firm. To the people who are concerned that they aren't being heard, you must realize the absolute burden that every individual case adds to the class action. I haven't had my calls or emails returned, even offered to pay for a face to face consultation, and still no response, and that's okay... I also understand that I am just one of thousands of people with the same issue. Thank you mark for representing the people of this state, and not giving into DETR's BS. Keep up the amazing work!

After listening to the video conference between the courts, DETR and Others regarding the JOKE of PUA/UI IN Nevada, Mark Thierman spoke the truth and said everything DETR didn’t wanna hear. For myself, PUA determined after 114 days that I’m NOW eligible for normal UI through DETR, BUT UI won’t let me file online..... Thierman is a great representative for the people of Nevada not being being paid.

I just want to say thanks to this firm for standing up for the people of Nevada on the PUA issues that are making people suffer. To take on DETR as he is doing is quite impressive. I know I appreciate it, I am one of them suffering from DETR's lack to pay the people. He really cares about all who are suffering. Thanks again!! Dona C.

I am so pleased with this law firm and their expertise and assistance in my class action case. We worked together for 3 1/2 years, they were always responsive, helpful and reassuring if I had any questions or concerns. They have also received multiple calls from other members of the class action and have been responsive to those calls coming in too. I never for one moment had any complaints whatsoever and would highly recommend them to anyone.
