Shiesty and condescending. If he could squeeze a drop of blood from a penny he will. Make sure you give him no wriggle room in your oral agreement or he’ll double charge you.

My sister contacted them about an expungement and Jim gave her one price and after a month passed by Jim gave her another price 4 times the amount quoted. I’m not sure if he had her mixed up with someone else or not. So I advise you that if you are quoted go in and pay immediately! That is crazy
