I was desperate and pregnant and looking for an attorney to get my Daughter off a protect protection from abuse order. The order had no findings and was solely in place to remove me from the residence and not actually because of abuse. I had a concrete case I paid $5000 to Erik Thistle Who literally showed up to court for two hours and convinced me on parenting time schedule with my ex for six month old that should never have been away from her mother. Out of that $5000 he returned 500 to me. He is 100% a fraud. Two hours of his time cost me $4500. I do not recommend this man because he is a coward and he will lose your case and he will not care.

Despite being fully cooperative — on bail the entire time without a single issue, not even a traffic ticket — she continuously refused to re-offer a fair deal that should have been on the table from the beginning. The emotional toll was overwhelming. I had gone through multiple attorneys before Attorney Trey Cox — most either didn’t take my case seriously or simply couldn’t make any progress. I was stuck in limbo for years, losing hope that I would ever see the end of it. But from the moment I hired Attorney Cox, everything changed. He was incredibly responsive, professional, and truly committed to helping me. He kept me updated at every stage, returned every call and message, and took the time to explain the legal process clearly — something no other attorney had done before. I never felt like “just another client.” He made me feel like my case — and my peace of mind — truly mattered to him. Once the case was reassigned to a new prosecutor, Attorney Cox went to work. He handled everything with skill and determination, and after years of delays and disappointment, he was finally able to get the original plea offer reinstated. Because of him, my case was successfully resolved on September 19, 2025. I am beyond grateful for Attorney Cox. He didn’t just get me a legal result — he gave me my life back. After six long years of stress, uncertainty, and feeling stuck, I can finally move forward. That feeling of relief and closure is something I can’t put into words, and I owe it entirely to his hard work, dedication, and belief in my case.
