I went to court today on my 2nd reckless driving charge , I thought I would for sure be goin to jail or license suspension. I did get a fine and point but no license suspension or jail time . Mr Casanova is a good lawyer Thoman Law thank you.

Where can I start? I don’t even have enough space to tell you how professional and smart Brian is. He treated me like family. Made my case a Priorty. I could call upon Amanda at any time who also made me feel like family. Every step of the way I felt assured he was handling my case with every breath in his body even though he had many other cases and my case was not an easy one. I was charged with 7 felonies. He was able to remove 5. My case went on for a year but that was due to the incompetency of the court. Brian did everything right. If you want an attorney that will work for you and not your wallet. Brian is the man. He will always be successful because of his genuine approach and honesty to his clients. I don’t even feel like a client after my case was over. He even represented me for a violation I was hit with and never asked for anything. Although I fully intend on paying him what he is worth. Brian will fight for you tooth and nail. Great service, Mr. Thoman had extremely reasonable pricing a very flexible payment plan. He and his assistant were friendly and curtious. At the time I had to go on a deployment, I was able to confidently be worry free because all of the paperwork to ensure my case was continued until i got back was handled. When I returned Mr. Thoman throughly reviewed the evidence with me. With his legal expertise, Mr. Thoman was able to turn a hopeless and potentially carrer ending situation into me being found innocent. I highly recommend this law firm, Mr. Thoman's services are absolutely undervalued I would expect counsel of this caliber to be at least three times what I paid.

Unfortunately, almost as soon as he turned 18, our son made some poor choices & found himself in very, very serious trouble as an adult. With absolutely no idea of who to call, we blindly googled attorneys in our area & happened upon Brian Thoman. we read his bio & the reviews he had online. We were impressed that he had prior prosecutor work under his belt as the charges pending against our son were criminal. After calling a couple of other attorneys we knew from their t.v. ads, we felt Brian was definitely the best fit for our son’s situation. Brian not only had knowledge of the law, but compassion. He explained everything to us thoroughly & never gave us any false sense of hope. He was very clear about what we could expect, but he worked tirelessly until the very end to ensure a positive outcome for our family. Number one! Although i can not go into detail about my case, i am very very pleased with the outcome, no jail time, no community service. Brian is a kind of guy to tell you how it is no bullshit. He was also prepared for any other decision i felt like making on my case. very comfortable and honest 100%

Personally will not recommend anyone to work with Brian Thoman. I didn't feel prioritized and felt like he didn't take me and my case seriously. Honestly should of just went with a court-appointed lawyer, because he honestly didn't really help me at all. I regret hiring him and wasting my money on him and everyday of my life I will do so. So disappointed.

There are not enough words to express my gratitude to Brian Thoman. He worked so hard on my case, and ALWAYS kept me updated on every detail. He was easy to reach and always willing to talk, and made me feel comfortable and confident. He explained the legal things in terns I could easily understand, and even met with me on Sunday morning to review things before court. On trial day he reassured me, and I was amazed when the case began. Mr. Thoman had previous cases, legal books, and all of his "ducks in a row" and objected to almost everything the other side said. His objections were sustained, and he did not miss a single opportunity to fight for me. He was FAR better than any lawyer I have ever seen on tv. (This was my first time in a real courtroom). Not only did we emerge victorious, but Mr. Thoman immediately began work to get my record cleared of all charges. I would also like to add that his office manager, Amanda, is fabulous, going out of her way to help whenever possible, and to communicate with me. I personally would not recommend working with Mr. Thoman. He is pompous, arrogant and not honest. He is willing to compromise his integrity for his own benefit. I have personally witnessed him lie in a case on many levels with no remorse. I would definately never use him or recommend him to any friend or family.
