I have no idea who this is, and never spoke to anyone who identified themselves by either this first name or last name. If I did speak to them, they either used a phony name trying to get information by phone, or gave no name at all. I have no time to speak to this type of individual; and they have no right to "review me" because I never worked for them. The reviews from people I actually worked for are all 5 stars. I have no time for people like this.

Never represented this person and would not. Contacted me to complain about her FREE public defender representation and that she did not like the offer made by the DA on her 2 felony charges that she refers to. I told her the potential exposure she had and her complaint basically amounted to that she did not like the plea offer. I provided the correct information, which she simply did not like. I also note she only contacted me because she wanted to complain about her FREE attorney. Also, I have no idea what she is talking about. I spoke to her at 9:47 AM this morning, not at night. Perhaps she has her nights and days mixed up. <br><br>UPDATED RESPONSE TO UPDATED REVIEW<br>I am not responding to this false and defamatory nonsense any further and I am going to report it. She admitted in her first review that she has 2 felony charges. She is the epitome of an internet troll. She does not even read her previous review. While I did return a call at 10:17, I never spoke to this individual. I left a message; and, in my line of work, there are no set hours, and I call people back after business hours all the time. That is because I work hard and most appreciate it. This troll obviously is not interested in resolving her legal issues, and instead wishes to blame others. The only thing correct in her so-called review is that I never represented her. Never would.

This individual contacted me with a very complicated legal matter. She had no idea where the opposing party was and the opposing party must be served. She expected me to locate the opposing party. I explained to her that personal service is required & this would increase the legal fees in the matter. I then quoted a fee & asked if she could pay that fee. She immediately said no & I told her I could not help her. I do not apologize for charging legal fees as I have an office to run & expenses to pay. If she cannot pay legal fees, she needs to contact legal aid. If she feels "belittled" by this, that is her problem. She should not expect a private attorney to not charge legal fees.

She admits she hung up on me, but I am rude? She apparently didn’t like my questions regarding her custody case in a remote county, which I am entitled to ask and in fact, required to. She complained she appeared before the Court twice and was instructed to obtain an attorney. She seemed to believe the case was “easy” and “should’ve been done a long time ago”. Without disclosing any further facts, it certainly was not easy and I pointed out why. That is when I was hung up on. Perhaps if she took the situation seriously, instead of calling lawyers and hanging up when told something she didn’t want to hear, she would be further ahead. In any event, she has no right to review me because I never represented her.

Although he does not use the same name he gave me when he contacted me multiple times through email and on my personal cell phone demanding a “consultation”, I believe I know who he is. He was dissatisfied with a very recent determination by a Court and wanted to go back because he did not like the decision. <br>I explained he could not do so because there were no legal grounds for him to go back. <br>I had to say this 2-3 times because he did not listen then accused me of “not wanting to help him”. I do not take people’s money for meritless cases that they are going to lose. I did tell him he did not know what he was talking about because he was enunciating a basis to go back to Court that did not exist and was completely wrong.<br>He should be thanking me for not taking his money for a meritless case. <br>Instead, he criticizes me because I told him what he did not want to hear. For everyone else out there, the time to get an attorney is BEFORE you handle the first case on your own and lose; not afterwards.<br>The old adage always rings true; he who represents himself has a fool for a client. <br>And yes, if he wants to play lawyer, he should go to law school, not criticize these who have the knowledge and experience he obviously lacks. If he continues to represent himself, he will continue to lose and will continue to blame others.<br>

Never represented her and declined to do so. I have the right to decline whomever I wish. I told her I simply would not handle her matter. That is my prerogative. There is nothing to "review".

🙄 This individual took up close to 15 minutes of my time demanding answers to a situation he screwed up on his own. He seems to believe this is Walmart and he should be able to get a “quote” as if he was buying an appliance. He doesn’t get it. He repeatedly referred to me as “man”, like he was talking to someone on the street. I don’t really care where he works, and if he speaks to patients in that manner, I can understand why he has financial problems.🤷🏻‍♂️

First, I never represented this individual. Second, she misrepresented what she was calling about to my office and then again to me. She now continues to misrepresent. She was not calling about any "traffic tickets". Had to continually question her to find out what she was really calling about once she realized she couldn't BS me. Once the truth came out, I informed her the charges were not traffic tickets as she continues to call them, gave her a complete rundown on what was involved to defend them, NEVER interrupted her, raised my voice to her, or was rude to her. I was direct and authoritative because I know what I am talking about. I told her what she didn't want to hear. I told her I am a private attorney and I charge a retainer. Someone was whispering in the background about a "flat rate". Then I was asked about whether a public defender could handle it. I told her she had to qualify for public defender services and that she is not automatically entitled to a free attorney. She did not like that either. I offered her an appointment and was told that I wasn't "nice"; probably because I was direct, honest, and not free. Looking for free information and cannot even be honest about what she is calling about, then has the audacity to continue to lie in this bogus "review". 🙄 🙄 🙄

As usual, this individual leaves out the most important facts. She called asking for legal advice for a third party. When asked why the third party could not call, I was told they "did not have a backbone", and that "we" were just "curious". I advised her I was not here to give legal advice to her for an anonymous third party, and indeed, she was wasting my time, and had to be told that several times because she persisted in her inappropriate inquiry. At no time did I raise my voice to her or interrupt her. She was simply told she was not getting a free consultation to benefit some anonymous person. Any professional would have told her the same. Perhaps she should stop trolling on the telephone and let the third party call themselves to get advice from an attorney.

Did not call. Instead texted and demanded free legal advice on a debt consolidation situation without even providing her name. Was told there is no free legal advice by text or phone. Wouldn't provide her name and she calls me rude! Seems to believe she can send lengthy text and demand answers just for the asking. Should learn how to properly contact a professional office and make an appointment. Of course, doesn't want to do that because she might have to pay a consultation fee.

This individual contacted me with a complicated legal question, which he conveniently does not elaborate on; which I listened to and gave a prompt and correct response. He then launched into a long, elaborate story about why he did not want to do what I advised. I stopped him and told him there were no phone consultations, and if he wanted to get into details, he could come into the office. <br>He claimed he was out of state and could not. He was then told he could consult over the phone, but there was a fee of $75.00.<br>He then told me his entire story, including that a previous proceeding had been dismissed over his lack of cooperation. I gave him the same answer I gave him 10 minutes prior.<br>He then wanted me to handle a new case without him having to participate or appear in the matter, because he was too busy. <br>He was told unequivocally that could not be done and that such a request was not able to occur in this type of matter. <br>Because he didn’t like my answers based upon my 45 years of experience, he then called my office demanding a refund. He was told no, and then threatened to write a “review”.<br>If he would like to get into particulars, I am ready to do so. I don’t think he will.<br>

This “review" was completely expected. <br>First, I never worked for this individual, and would not work for them. Therefore, he has no right to review me. <br>Further, when spoke to him, asking basic questions about a legal problem he has, I was constantly distracted and interrupted by a voice in the background, who was directing him as to what questions to ask. I repeatedly advised him that I would not conduct a consultation on the telephone, and that it was inappropriate to do so. After repeating this 2-3 times, and instructing him to have the person in the background stop interfering and interrupting, I was hung up on. <br>I was then chastised via several text messages with similar language to what is used in this bogus “review”. The person writing the “review” is the person who was in the background. I do not have to be interrupted, nor do I have to talk over a third party constantly speaking in the background. I have a right to conduct client contact how I see fit. I neither want nor need this type of “business”.<br>The irony is the writer “reviewing” me never even spoke to me. It is obvious this person is a troll with nothing better to do than text people who set boundaries on their conversations, and/or complain on the internet. Perhaps that is why the writer does not have legal assistance. I will not stoop to their level by insulting them as they do me in a false and defamatory fashion.<br>
