Tom and his team were top notch. I’ve never encountered the situation that I presented to them and they nailed it. They kept my life “normal” and handled the rest. I checked with a few other “honorable” attorneys before choosing Tom. Found that I got similar results without the build up. Mr.Foley is exactly who he says he is. He makes sure you understand every part of the process. He just resolved my case and was on top of it the entire time. He checked in with me regularly, put me at ease letting me know I would be fine. He is very straightforward and he most definitely knows what he’s talking about. Not impressed with his services. He didn't fight for me like an attorney should. Very lazy for a quick payment. If you are looking for someone to truly fight for you and believe in your case do not hire him. He takes the easy way out when possible because he doesn't want to do the legwork. He also told me I did too much when I told officers they pulled me over because I am black. It is not a white person's place to tell any black person how to feel when it comes to racism.

The only lawyer we will use! Tom is awesome! We are always very confident when we walk in the courtroom knowing Tom is by our side!

Called in yesterday to see if he could handle my husband's case. The receptionist was extremely pleasant. Let me know what information I would need. Called in today with the information and they stated someone would reach out. They then called my husband moments later and stated they weren't taking on new clients. Not sure why they just weren't honest up front instead of wasting our time.

Didn't get chance to use their practice but APPRECIATED the call back and referring me to another lawyer.
