I had posted 5 stars when he offered to help me several months ago. I am revising my review to one star. When I called back with cash in hand for the help he already offered (just with more stakes and more evidence), he cut me off several times and said I kept restating my intentions of hiring. He then said my offer of 5000$ up front and 1000$ monthly was "not enough money" to help me. I am autistic and tried to call him with my mother on the phone as an advocate because I have a hard time speaking on the phone to be people because ai am overly literal and provide too much unneeded context. He cut me off, refused to speak to her entirely, then misstated the contents of the email I sent him and made me defend statements I never made right before hanging up on me. He is rude, impatient, and he won't read your emails or listen to a word you say.

$1050 just to sit down and talk about why I needed a lawyer!!!

This man works with the courts in the judges and children services every day and he does not give a crap if anyone's children's are home or not. Even if he is your lawyer through the state of Ohio he is not going to represent you even to the minimal. He does not communicate and he does not do anything for his clients so please find other coverage from someone more hardworking and reliable

Never use this attorney!! Big mistake if you do!!! He should have no stars but not an option! Should be disbarred! If you even consider him, look him up on the better business bureau!!!

I've used Tom in 2 separate lawsuits and came out victorious in BOTH! When it comes to some attorneys, it seems like they just want your money but when it comes to Tom and fighting for what's right, Tom is a like Bulldog! If you have an attorney who doesn't seem to be fighting very hard for you... you might want to get a new "DOG"

Liar and Full of Resentment (a sore looser) Might be a good lawyer but when I decided to go another (cheaper and more connected) attorney he seemed bitter. 1)Although he insisted on refunding my deposit, he sneakily deposited it, despite what he insisted. 2)Then I left my original documents with him accidently. Instead of sending them to the home address or permanent address I gave him, he sent them to my work address. Watch out for him, he may be a good lawyer for local small issues but don't do anything he may not be happy with, he will turn his legal "expertise" against you.

Tom did a good job for me with my business move and new building.
