Thomas Higgens is my husband’s attorney on February 3, 2022. Our lives changed I lost my husband my kids lost their father to the system and let me tell you it was very hard, the first time I talked to Thom on the phone I knew he was the one. I had a federal case for five kilos of fentanyl over the national border of Mexico. I was the driver in the car was in my name. I have three prior felonies at the state level.
