Not professional. Attorney office lacks in communication so if your looking to actually be update on your case, this is NOT The attorney. You’ll be the paying customer but be treated like you bothering the staff. Don’t reccomend 0/10 🤦🏽‍♀️🤞🏾

As a disabled veteran I would want to be represented by an organization that supports and defends citizens the same way I do and this company is NOT it! This company lacks integrity! They are responsible for the HOA of my subdivision and failed to contact me to inform me of any balance that was due. I took ownership of my home in Jan 2022 and was not informed by the previous owners that the subdivision had an HOA. I found out about the HOA in June of 2023 and contacted this company immediately explaining that I was the owner and etc. They admitted that they had no record of me owning the home. I was then told that despite their negligence 2022 is still my responsibility. I asked for a copy of the financials, bylaws and board members and it took months to receive. As of today I am still not sure of the board members for my subdivision. I just received the financials today. The covenants were sent to me on Oct. 24, 2023. Despite having any documentation I still paid the balance for 2023 but they refuse to take accountability for their lack of communication to inform every resident. An invoice was never sent to the address in 2022.
