This guy kept taking my money and rescheduling my case I paid him in full he kept asking for payment I asked him to withdraw he got me arrested and walked away the day I showed up to court he should not be an attorney

I am filing a report with the BAR ASSOCIATION FOR A FULL REFUND! THIS MAN IS A MONEY DRAINING SCAM ARTIST! All he wants is your Money! He was AWFUL representing my fiance case. I feel Mr. Beswick could have fought harder, he went to court without my fiance being present and signed him up for deferred Probation when we really wanted these cases dismissed! I PAID HIM INITIALLY TO REPRESENT MY FIANCE...NOT TO HAVE A ORDER PROTECTION WHERE WE CAN'T COMMUNICATE WITH EACH OTHER...Thomas could have tried harder....I want my money back and so does my fiance.

Got my freedom for an aggravated assault charge !

Thomas is honest Iv known him for years he handled a divorce and other matters. He's always willing to make a suggestion about law over the phone.

Mr. Beswick is honest, tried turning down my money and got my problem solved quick. Highly recommend when the Irving PD are playing children's games, trying to screw you are when you're innocent. He has my business from hear on out.

RUN!!! This guy doesn't work for you and he lied to me about the price. I have recorded phone conversations of him telling me $1750 to take a misdemeanor to trial, and after going to court 3 times with no change in the offers, which tells me he didn't do anything, he tells me if I want to take it to trial it would be $2500. Also, he said he does payment plans and I can pay $50 or $100 a week. I did that but every time I went to court he demanded $300 the first time and $450 the second. He rushed me into making a decision and then left me with an 80+ year old man, who I've never met before, to go infront of the judge with. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS GUY.

Now truthfully Mr. Beswick will scare you, he works so many different courts, this is my third case he’s worked for me... all successfully.. when he struts into court hair comb back just right, nice suite and briefcase you observe the experience he has, he signs in and goes to doing his crossword puzzle , and the entire time your wondering is he prepared not until you get before the judge do your truly see his talent,, brilliant .... and he’s affordable,, long as you’re meeting financial commitment y’all structure he’s going to bat for you...ever time!!! ... basically he’s 💯 Thxs mr.B

Couldn't be happier with the results. Quiet, and straight to the point. Tom did exactly what he said he would and more at a better price then anyone else I spoke to. Hired him straight from the courthouse after my last reset for time to hire an attorney like it was meant to be. Never screw yourself over with a public defender who wants that judges seat and is in cahoots with them anyways. Exceeded my expectations!

Known & used Tom. I find him to be committed to his clients best interest. I admire his "good" integrity. Fair & just.

This is the worst lawyer I’ve ever met. He’s all talk, and he’s super rude. He only cares about the money, and not his clients. If you want legal help, do NOT go to him.

Tom handled my case incredibly fast and I never even met the guy. I paid in full after a phone consultation and he did exactly what he said he would do, just a week faster than promised.

Avoid this guy.
