Thomas Foley is a highly skilled attorney. My case involved a personal injury incident, in which we faced a large insurance company. Mr. Foley carefully gathered the facts and advised me to keep an injury log. He was deliberate in not rushing to settle, recognizing the importance of allowing time for recovery and considering the long-term impacts of my injuries. As one joint healed, discomfort would often shift to another area, highlighting the need for a comprehensive approach. Through aid of physical therapy, I was able to recover from my injuries. $12k and he fired my Finance while his wife was swindling him out of money at the same time. Said there was nothing (Foley) could do and then fired him as a client.

I found Thomas Foley through my Employee Assistance Program and hired him for my custody case. Heidi his paralegal was rude from the get go, snapping at me because I called regarding my family law case after sending an email. I paid approximately 20K towards evidence submissions for my case after talks of a trial only to have Foley abruptly withdraw from the case stating. "You would do better hiring a local attorney". The case has not gone to trial yet. It took him WEEKS to answer my questions regarding his withdrawal. His law firm provided zero information, files, documents regarding my case. It's as if they did nothing for that 20K. His rebuttle to my statement of my children temporarily now being with pedophiles due to his failures was "pay me". The guardian ad litem is doing more for my case than this firm did.

If I could give Thomas zero star, I would do so. When I called the first time to his office, his assistant was absolutely rude and disrespectful. She treated me like I was worth nothing. I let Thomas know. I hired Thomas, and his office was more concerned about the retainer. I called and sent multiple emails, he didn’t responded while he charged me for every single email and phone calls. When he asked to send financial documents, he said he reviewed them, but didn’t do anything with the information provided. He charges me for just looking at them. I spent almost $4,000 and got nothing in return. Not even a temp order was filed. He did nothing for my case other than correcting my petition for divorce and striking my hearing for a temp order. He neglected my case and caused me thousands. I am considering reporting to the WA SBAR I don’t recommend him. He doesn’t care about your case. He is only concerned about money.

He let Sunset Guardians steal my son’s money. First it was 7 checks now accounting finally come our 3 years later they took another 27 checks. 136.000 and Sunset charged my son 3600 to pick up the mail at post office. There supposed to pay my sons bills.

I would recommend Thomas Foley to anyone who wants honest, reputable legal counsel that communicates well with his clients and most importantly he doesn’t waste time and gets results which is why we pay him. This guy showed up to my court hearing in boxers and a dress shirt. He takes your money and doesn't fight for you at all. He didn't even bring up the important points of my case . He has no fight left in him. He is at the end of his career. Don't waste your money you won't win and you'll just be thousands in debt to him.

I don't know why I had a missed call from this office. I called it back, and the Receptionist woman who picked up the phone call gave me nothing but attitude the entire 1 minute conversation. I was letting her know I was returning a call, from this number I just missed. "Um, okay?" Was her response. No one left me a voicemail. So when I told her that, she was still annoyed that I even called her back on the number that's on my cell phone. "...so, what's your name?" At this point she wasn't thrilled to be talking to me still, since I had no idea who these guys were and why they called me in the first place. I told her NEVERMIND in her same annoyed tone and hung up. Why don't you hire someone who is more helpful and first off friendly over the phone? You called ME.

I hired Mr Foley for a child custody case that involved a narcissist who lied his way through every hearing before i retained mr Foley. Mr Foley was not only very patient and explained everything and helped me prepare but he helped my witnesses prepare as well. He always gave me peace of mind during times I felt stressed out and he knew exactly how to deal with this type of person. I highly recommend him for family matters and defense cases as well, he's top notch and worth every dollar. Trust me!

Mr. Foley represented my daughter not me but he did a very good job. I'd recommend him to anyone.

The Foley firm handled my divorce and sale of the house.Now Thomas did great in court appearances and the like, the real superstar in this firm is legal assitant Mrs.Debbra Beiker.While going through such a stressful time of my life,she was professional ,carring and understanding.My questions were responded to quickly,many times at late hours and even weekends.She walked me through this bitter process in such a way I felt at ease.I would recomend this firm to anyone because Deb really goes above and beyond her capacity as a paralegal.With Deb on your case you will be informed in a caring,compassionate and no-nonsense manner.
