14 years ago I called Tom to help me with custory of my then infant child. I was young and Tom helped me for 3 years...we won multiple times... Last Summer i reached out to Tom to help me with my same child but with Adoption! My husband who has raised my son for 13 years was going to adopt my son! I could send an email anytime during the day and Tom would respond back immediately! He also has a wonderful paralegal named Jillian who was been amazing to work with. We had a very bad experience with him he was sitting in the side in court and we needed to be our owen attorneys after he let the other side push it for three month then after we got possession he left the tenants staying there without an excuse i heard when he was younger he was a good attorney

Don’t pay him in advance like I did ! You’ll see him in the local bars drinking your money away !

The Atty always has the time to talk never rushes you out

My soon to be ex husband (hopefully, if atty Jones EVER does his job) retained Atty Jones going on 6 YEARS AGO, AND paid him IN FULL to handle our divorce, and Atty Jones hasn't done ONE thing. He refuses to return my attorney phone calls, emails, etc, and has had all the necessary documents to proceed and finalize the divorce yet he does nothing. I have never seen a more incompetent, unprofessional atty and one who takes someones money and doesn't provide the service. Our next step is to file a complaint with the PA Board of Diciplanary. This is sound advice...DO NOT use this atty
