Not all heroes wear capes! With that being said my son and I were represented by Isobel Thomas and her team. They kept me informed, updated and were straight forward on what could happen good or bad. These guys remained professional through the whole process but had a way of making me feel comfortable and had compassion for my situation. I felt like I wasn’t fighting alone. I knew Isobel meant business when she brought in experts and professionals while keeping me informed on everything. They were extremely thorough and made sure every single document, interview , testimony etc. was accurate and pristine. My son’s life changed forever because of the help Isobel and her team. I can’t even explain to you how thankful and appreciative I am for them!

Was referred to them by Ramos. Same thing as Ramos, they offered a free consultation, asked 0 questions, then denied to help me further without explaining anything, just that I may have a case but they won't represent me. They wasted my time and now I may not be able to file a lawsuit due to limit of statutes. This is after the Ramos team informed me they would be following up and wasting a month of my time only to refer me here. I'm glad you have a stringent process or what ever, that wasn't the problem. The problem was the lack of any communication as to why you made your decision. Then you say good luck without discussing even what type of lawyer I should talk to. I was referred to you because of an advertisement of Ramos that said they offered free consultations and legal help. Even if you not sure what what you case amounts to, they would help you sort it out. I was given no help and referred to you. Same result with your firm. This was false advertising, not a great look for a law firm. In gerneral, You both wasted my time, left me worst off, and discussed zero facts of my case with me. Lastly, I don't know how you could of done a thorough investigation after talking to me for less than 30 minuets, and not asking any follow up questions. There was no discussion.

Please remember the following text: "Don't waste your time with this law firm. You will be lucky if they ever get back to you. I've been waiting for 2 weeks to hear back after my free consultation. I even contacted them again 1 week after speaking to one of their secretaries to provide my information, but still no word from them. Their work ethics are very unprofessional."

I cannot put into words how much this firm helped our family! They visited us in the hospital, constantly communicated with us and made sure our brain injured daughter received all funds available to her! Their work is also their heart and it shows in the way they care for their clients!!
