I’m not reviewing a 1 star because he couldn’t do anything with my case it’s the way he carries himself and his promises fall very short. Terrible and lazy attorney. Took him three months to tell me if my case was good or not. I had to do all the leg work because his investigator couldn’t find anything. Explains briefly in about a two minute call when he drops the case how he couldn’t get anything from it but he will look into it more call me later about it. Never got a call. I recently reach out because there’s an update to my case, he doesn’t respond for a week in a half so I reach out AGAIN and saying how now I have picture evidence and because it’s on the weekend I’m told it’s inappropriate then does not respond to follow up texts. I was told he would help me even if we do not win to atleast cover my medical expenses through state, never received advice in that area. I would not use him as a lawyer, it feels like he didn’t even put any effort into it considering I had to find out the information regarding the case for him while I worked my job as well. Seems like someone complacent at their job and lazy over dumb things. Do better. (Updating because of your misinformation/reflective reply) I could gladly post pictures of the “threatening texts” it’s disgusting how you a grown man owning a business can’t own up to a bad service and take accountability. If being called a joke and a clown is threatening you have issues as a human being. Don’t try to come on here and make yourself look good with fabrication. The “8am calls on Sunday” was in fact 9am and was one call, and in regards to the “multiple weekends” I never bothered you I would wait 2 weeks minimum to reach out when I didn’t get an update on the case so it’s disgusting how you want to just make your whole reply about covering your face. Regardless of the outcome You never said this was a low chance when we first spoke you told me you had just closed a mirror identical case to mine just the month prior to taking mine. You did a bad job. Take your bad review and improve on it, I have email from your secretary apologizing 5 times for the mistake on sending my documents over. It’s hysterical to see you update your reply and flat out lie to cover face again. If 1 phone call every two weeks was obsessive calling you’re a sad excuse for a social worker. I feel sorry for anyone who requests your services considering the way you carry yourself. To the comment that “when no one else would, we did” you were the first and only lawyer I reached out to and you know that. Take this review and LEARN FROM IT.
