Terrible assistance to my case!

I met Tom at Ohare Airport while he was waiting for his son to fly in while on leave from the military. we started talking and he said that he was an attorney, I asked what type of law he practiced and he said that he and his associate handled Personal Injury & Workers comp when his wife returned he asked her for one of his business cards and gave it to me.I be-leave that it was fate that brought us together that day, because 3 months latter I was most definitely in need for a good Attorney. I had 2 Spinal fusions in my cervical spine and 3 Bulging Disks in my lower back. This had me out of work for nearly 2 years and may not be able to return back to my previous employment. Tom handled my workers comp case and worked with a insurance company that made things very difficult to even go and get tests done.
