I contacted Thomas Soldan regarding a civil case for an initial consultation. He took the time from his day to hear me prior to asking for a retainer and provided advice to first contact home owners insurance on this matter. He said “You pay for your home owners insurance and they are experts on this matter. If you find that they won’t cover the attorney fees, we can set up a retainer.”.
