I was referred to this attorney from an EAP legal resource site for reduced fees. He was incredibly rude and condescending over the phone, definitely not worth spending a dime on. He seemed concerned over my financial situation and likely for his own pockets. Not sure how these lawyers end up on these referral sites with these attitudes. He insisted I could easily file a motion myself for what I needed done but then pointed out how it might end up in trial which would cost me much more money... hence why I was being referred to him in the 1st place, BECAUSE I NEED LEGAL ADVICE AND HELP. If you are looking for the same then do yourself a favor and don't waste your time. Read the rest of his reviews.

I reached out for consultation and this guy didn’t even want to hear me speak. At least I realized from the phone call how unprofessional he is while on the phone instead of after he received a retainer from me. Want some good legal advice, go somewhere else!

please whatever you guys do not hired as attorney he is very unprofessional I have to go to court on Feb he never followed up with me he never explain none of the documentation that I was getting so please do not hired as attorney you guys will be very disappointed

He was a poor representative. He wasn't prepared, couldn't remember who had custody of the child after being told 3 times didn't recognize my daughter in the courthouse waiting room, she was the only one there!! He went over to the receptionist and asked if she was there!!!! He didn't keep her informed and apologized that he didn't, hardly spoke in the pre-trial. My daughter had to correct the other attorney because he wasn't prepared. Waste of money and time!!!

Tom Mullen was too busy to meet with me before my trial and then when we went to court, he had no idea what our strategy was. My domestic case was disallowed. In my opinion this was a direct result of his lack of preparation.

Horrible experience. Did nothing to help my case had to resubmit all my files myself multiple times. Would not respond to calls. Filed all my paperwork wrong for a QRDO allowing all the money to go to my ex husband when it was Supossed to pay a truck off that went to my ex husband. He completely ruined my credit and has not finished a divorce that started in 2017 without kids. Please don’t waste your time or money with this man. He will treat you like you are below him and not worth his time
