Marcel Obodoeze is my name, my wife used this law firm for her medical malpractice, guess what we reached out to them months after the malpractice, they picked interest in the case . What surprises me was how detailed they with the case, they have the best medical doctors in all fields they use to back up their defense. In the end they won the case for us and till I die will always recommend to friends, funny enough they do not make loud noise but they win loud money for you. The AUDACITY to assign a bank during settlement because they have an association to CADENCE bank is Diabolical. The client has no choice & We were told we had to use them. You really believe this firm has your best interest at heart while you’re fighting for Your Loved ones but then to realize their Objective is simply to get paid… it’s Sickening. *Thank you for your Kind response now versus your response during the time of appointing Cadence, Your bank of Choice. Our wishes to choose a more established higher rated bank were ignored. Your unfounded and blind siding accusations and assumptions were more about You than Us. Families are already faced with Great challenges that we did not choose so when we seek JUSTICE; we do so with the understanding that the lawyers we have entrusted with Our babies have their Best Interest at Heart. i spent 30 mintues on the phone with the lawyers there to talk about a case my family may have. even though they didn't take it, they were nice enough to let me know what my options were--other just filing a lawsuit--that I didn't know about like filing a complaint with the board of nursing. i will definitely take their advice and file a complaint...plus it was free and they seemed interested in actually helping me by giving me all my options. so i will pass their free advice for everyone too...
