Got my son becuz I did what I was supposed to do but now I’m being sued for thousands more dollars when I had no clue a email was 2,000$ and phone call was 1500, and to print a piece of paper cost 2,000 I am not satisfied becuz they are ruthless and non negotiable

Jason, Lexi, and their team were extremely helpful in getting us through the transfer of assets after the loss of a loved one. His team was very responsive, they met with us in person and then answered several emails quickly over the course of months, offered us options and explained each one, created legal documents for us in a very timely manner, and overall made us feel like we were in good hands during the entire legal process. Would highly recommend them for any of your legal needs. In one case we needed some legal documents created in just 36 hours so that we could work with an out-of-state family member...and they were able to do this for us. Very professional and knowledgeable law firm.

Yeah I didn't know to file one paper for a dismissal would cost me $1,275 and I only got Back 624 turns out I didn't need their services and after 2 weeks of waiting for them to refund me they forgot I had to go drive all the way to Columbus and get it

Me and my father only went for a consultation but we knew as soon as we spoke with them that they are the best around we had met with 5 other lawyers in the area and they never explained anything to us just that they didn’t want to help us but this place was ready to help and said they could have won our case if we had come to them first our only problem was that our statue of limitations and run out

Receptionists r rude and dismissive, was given run around and even hung up on after they made a mistake in scheduling, and then promised a return call that never came. Attorneys may be good but how potential clients r treated is rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone and I'll advise all I can to steer clear of this office. Any business reserves right not to take on or provided service to clients but to be rude and dismissive is unprofessional and bad business period.

Very rude & unprofessional while my Son was trying to obtain representation.

Wish I could give zero stars. Called and tried to schedule consultation, giving them y only days off. Was told 11am and 1pm was available. I said it didn't matter and was told 1pm. I went in and was told he was gone and then they tried to reschedule me for when I had to work.

Was suddenly a conflict of interest with in 2 day and the office won't just come out and say what the issue is. At any rate.. it's probably for the best I'm don't use this firm
