She is the one lawyer who actually made a difference, heard all my concerns and address them in a manner I could understand. She was so helpful in everything really. Cindy was also very helpful. I highly recommend Thompson Law office for any family court matters.

03/16/21 I have reviewed all of the coments/reviews on this business to current and am seeing the same thing. I'm sorry to hear alot of you are going through similar things on top of the family issues you are already going through. I now have 11 people that have come forward. it's not hard to find me if you also have experienced similar issues. I will wait until I have 20 people to come forward and tell their story. 7/15/18 I have started a group to have sherry Thompson reported for mal practice with the California bar association. I have 4 people so far that have come forward with the same outcome. Overcharged, lied to, miss represented, yelled at, talked down to, had their cases intentionally drawn out. If any of you have experienced any of thies issues please find me on messenger. 1/12/18 Look at the way she responds. Sherry it's obvious you're a crook just close your office down everyone that meets you agrees. Why don't you try to explain why you tipped off MPI investigations that I had evidence against them when you were supposed to be my attorney? 2/8/17 I called in today with the phone on speaker to ask for my case file and the receptionist would not confirm receiving my Email for request was very rude and then hung up on me. 11/6/16You have gone through entire staffs 2 times while i was your client. You can lie on this Web site all you want, you yelled at me and disrespected me so much in your office one of your employees quit! You can say family law is complicated, but the truth is you make everything drag out so YOU can make more money. You also called someone that was lying about me in court ( Milton Leroy Brown MPI investigations) and warned them they had a declaration against them for acting inappropriately which ultimately cost me 2 more years in court. Which I am still trying to resolve. How in any way is that looking out for your client? You also overcharged me more times than I can count and I let it go because I was in the middle of a Trial! Your a bad person and no matter how many times you say your not, I delt with you for what 3 years? Shery Thompson you are a bad person and cost me so much precious time with the only thing I care about my 6 year old. I hope I can help just one person from falling victim to your scandals.

Sherry helped me with a visitation issue for my son. Ex. wanted to move to another state and provide very limited visits for me. Sherry helped me get full custody for all summers! Great job

I would highly recommend Thompson Law Office this is the second time I have had to retain them. Both times they advised me both the worst outcome and the best outcome that could be accomplished. A lawyer should be aggressive for their client, but sometimes what a client wants is not what family law and courts will allow. Sherry Thompson and her staff are outstanding for keeping it honest not promising what cannot be delivered. On the positive note this law office was able to get me the best outcome both times again I would highly recommend this team.

I got full custody of my kid! I liked Ms. Thompson. She’s very experienced but costly- but not out of range of other lawyers. We had an issue with the judge. He was very conservative and cautious. That caused another 8-9months. But I’m safe and got full custody. Life, freedom, and happiness is what matters in the end. I learned a lot with her. She can hold a good argument too with the judge.

The absolute worst. What a waste of money. Very rude. Doesn't fight for what you want.

Bad lawyer that tries to make you spend alot of money and drags on in court. Verbally abusive employees as well. I highly dont recommend this office.

Thompson Law office. What a damn joke. They bleed you dry by writing useless letters back and forth at $75-150 per letter. Endless overbilling, and each email costs about $75 also! Then, when you are close to settlement, she has NO TIME to deal with you. Her and the opposing counsel are probably in cahoots to overbill with useless crap going back and forth. Ridiculous. Went to a different attorney, and had everything done in a few weeks. Don't go here. Don't use Ann Lewis either.

Called to set up a consultation and the woman that answered the phone was dumber than a box of rocks. Very incompetent and is doing nothing for you- I would suggest hiring someone else! What happened? On 9/18/15 at about 11:45am... ..... I called to set up the consultation because my son's grandmother is trying to take me to court for grandparent visitation rights. I explained to her three times that I was the mother and what my sons name is and what his fathers name is and what is grandmother's name is and she continued to jumble everything I said and kept saying I was calling myself my son's grandmother and then said that I was the great grandmother..... How many times does one have to explain it before she understands??? She obviously should not be taking the initial calls for consultations for your office because she does not know how to understand when someone is telling her facts. I was trying to find a good attorney to represent me in court. The amount of money does not matter to me. I did not even want to set up the consultation after speaking with your receptionist because of how incompetent she sounded. If she can't even listen to the facts and repeat them back correctly, then the way I see it is, she is an extension of you and your services that you offer and I'm sorry but that is not the kind of service anyone wants. For your sake, I'd let that one go- she's losing business for your office.
