Thompson Law /Attorney Doug****was hired to draw up a WILL and TODD for a parent. Doug*** prepared both the WILL and TODD to be signed . Doug had the WILL signed but neglected to have the TODD signed , nor did he update the WILL to show the now deceased last wishes and goals. Dougs negligence and breach of contract (what was hired to do) has caused extreme loss , debt, estate property, real estate ETC...The negligence and failure to honor the decedent's last wishes and goals should never ever cause the amount of loss as it has from a parent passing away!
