Mr. Thornhill was very informative and professional. He listened to my issue and offered solid advice. He did inform me I have more time than I thought my to file a case.He was upfront about his schedule and fees.. Due to other obligations he was unable to assist me at this time. I felt comfortable talking to him. The assurances that my issues presented are legitimate and do need to be resolved. He showed respect and listen I was grateful.
