I stopped by the office and spoke with the receptionist, who was extremely kind and welcoming. I was also able to speak by phone with Mr. Henderson, who went above and beyond to assist me. Although I am not a client, he took the time to provide an exceptional recommendation and clearly guided me in the right direction on how to proceed with my matter, which I will not elaborate on here. He was professional, courteous, and very thorough, and spent approximately ten minutes speaking with me at no charge. If there was a rating less than one, I would give that instead. Do not waste your time and money on this law firm. Our case was handled very poorly from the beginning to the end. The attorneys are not responsive and I was not able to trust anything they communicated. If you want to win your case, find another law firm fast.
