These people would rather tell you one thing then say they didn’t offer help and you wind up on a milk carton the next than actually help someone. With proof of violence and proof of no where else to go still nothing than printing off a packet that anyone can print than represent or help. Disgusting behavior and worse staff. No help

The person that I spoke with face-to-face was friendly, courteous and helpful. The person that I spoke to on their Helpline was sort of rude and unpleasant and definitely far from being helpful. I was shaking and trembling after speaking with him.

Professional and experience

I called 3 rivers 2 1/2 yrs ago about Ieper plan school issue and unfair treatment of my daughter, Kierstyn, with the school and school board. My case was assigned to Mrs Beverly brown out of Jacksonville fl. She got Kierstyn home school tutoring and when that didn’t work, she opened doors for her to attend an alternative school. She kept me informed with her conversations with school and school board members. She was fiesta, aggressive and demanding when it came to them being on time with paperwork and information needed. I spoke with her in Aug. 2023and she told me that she was waiting to send out supeonas for all who were involved. I called 3rivers last month because I hadn’t heard from her and I was told that she resigned. Left a message for a return call. Called today and they tell me that my case was closed last may and they have no lawyers for education. So does this mean, after almost two years of hard work, dedication, money spent, time given etc. that my LOOKING GREAT case is over? I’m waiting on a return call from (Angie). No one ever returns my calls but Ms Beverly brown who has resigned. I’m very disappointed. Kierstyns school, school board, and now her lawyer has failed her. I will wait and see if Ms Angie calls but as for now, I am not happy with 3rivers nor the very rude operator i spoke with today. I will post a follow up

Not much use to me and couldn't provide anyone who could possibly help. I'm sure they are great at what they do but for my two issues they couldn't help at all.
