Hello, my name is Angelica and I’m writing this review because I have dealt with the most unprofessional rude individual I’ve ever met in my whole entire life. His name is Michael and he works for this funding company. I’ve spoken to a Mr. Russell very nice and professional individuals. This gentleman was very rude.(Michael )Made me feel uncomfortable throughout my whole encounter with him over the phone was making fun of the way I was speaking. Proceeded on saying that I’ve been blowing up his phone line mind you I am only calling to find out the status of my funding. I don’t know this person from a can of paint. I’m just calling literally to find out about the status of my application. Come to find out the original customer service rep who was doing my funding application went on vacation and all I’m doing is calling this company to find out what is the status of my application? I haven’t spoken to anyone. I keep on calling no one picks up this gentleman like I said was. Put on my case, cause the gentleman Kyle went on vacation. I keep on telling this gentleman. The whole entire medical record of mine was sent to Mr. Kyle. He had spoken with me and expressed to me that he has everything that he needed. He was sending it over to underwriters and I should be getting a response within the next business day. I have never gotten a response. I keep on calling no one picks up. This gentleman is being so rude to me brace yourself to deal with this gentleman when you call this company he has a very condescending way of speaking to people. No type of professionalism in this business I proceeded on asking to speak to a supervisor he came back and told me no one is a supervisor there. They all work independently and he doesn’t care what I have to say about how he was talking to me. I definitely want someone to see this review in that company and please reach back to me like I stated that this gentleman has made me feel very uncomfortable and I do not want to deal with him anymore. I would love to have Mr. Russell someone with professionalism call me back this gentleman. Michael is not the one for this job and it’s sad that someone like himself is representing this company. I just can’t get over how he was speaking to me and I feel sorry for who ever encounter anything with this gentleman I don’t see him as a person trying to help anyone we are people who have been hurt and we have dealt with enough on our plate. I’ve originally reached out to this company because my mother passed away and I was needing funding for that. I don’t need anyone speaking to me like that. I’ve been through enough with this terrible car accident Both me and my husband had with my little nine-year-old in the backseat. We do not need anyone speaking to us like that. I had this gentleman on speaker the whole time my husband is in total shock that someone was speak to somebody like this everyone out there beware. This does not strike me as someone who is trying to help the people you should definitely Mr. Michael get into another career because this is not the one for you. You show no empathy nor compassion towards people. And that’s something so simple to do just treat others the way you wanna be treated I don’t get it. I even believe I said a word wrong and he repeated what I said wrong and proceeded on saying it over and over again I want nothing to do with this gentleman, my phone and I’m so sorry that someone else would have to deal with somebody like this people out there. Beware if you’re gonna deal with this gentleman be prepared to feel as if you’re a bother I hope and pray no one else has to feel the way I feel I hope someone recess and has someone of hi authority or Mr. Russell reach back to me. I want nothing to do with you, Michael. I hope you read this real real. And I never ever deal with people like you in the real world I stay far far away from people like yourself. Life is too difficult as it is to deal with anybody being rude to us, and I say us cause we’re all looking for some type of help to have someone talk to you like is a no no.

Never responded back to me at all. The person I was dealing with acted like I was a huge bother to him. I have funding through them via another institution, not that I expected royal treatment but I figured they would at least respond with an answer, not act like I'm such a burden.

This place let me wait for 2 weeks almost to deny me. If you have a lawsuit and it's fresh do not apply they will deny you. Which is something they should tell people up front and not waste their time.

I received terrible service. They were first slow in my application process took 4days before I heard anything then application was denied with out a reason. I was refused help with no explanation or reason as to why. Completely unprofessional. Disappointed in the service when I was told good things. All those good reviews are bots!!
