I would not recommend this law firm because they did not bring everything that I provided them to my court date. My documents we're laid out for them and in them was the true story. I wonder if my attorney even read them.

Years ago, I had an accident case that a lawyer helped me resolve. I was pleased with the outcome. I really liked the fact that the front desk staff treated me with kindness. Even though I spoke Spanish, they found someone to assist me in my language. I think that when you pay for a service, you get what you get. Today, I called regarding another case and a rude person answered. When I asked if she spoke Spanish, she rudely responded, saying no. Without giving me the opportunity to speak English, she simply hung up on me. I think a law firm that has been so reputable for years should have a friendlier person running their office. Otherwise, they lose clients—clients who call for an important reason. When they are treated that way, they will simply leave and will never recommend good lawyers to rude people at the front desk.

Brian was very empathetic, present, informative, trustworthy. Brian never evaded any of my phone calls. Brian was very professional with a hint a humor . I hope I never need him again, however; he is my absolute first go to. Thank you Brian.....

Dealing with Brian, Lori and Thrush Law Group was the worst experience I have ever had in court, and I have been in court with my ex for 11 years. I normally don't write reviews as I give people the benefit of the doubt to do the right thing. They certainly did not. Lori loves to make threats, harass, blackmail, and hang up on people. She blackmailed me today, that if I don't make a payment in full ($6,000) that she would take me to court and put a lien on my home or else. Hung up on me saying, "well, let's find out then." This is harassment. She is completely unprofessional and needs a customer service class. Glad I was on speaker phone and my wife witnessed the whole conversation. Brian only represented me for three months, which they tried to charge me $13,000. FOR THREE MONTHS AND NO WORK PERFORMED!!! I gave them $5,000 upfront as the retainer and another $2,000 later and was surprised to get an additional bill for $6,000. He talked a big talk in our initial consultation but when it came to court, he just sat there and didn’t say anything. I did ALL the filing with court and only needed a lawyer in court to be able to represent me, make sure things were not lopsided by the other counsel and know the rulings. He never filed any opening statements, never communicated (never answered my emails), got bulldogged by the opposing counsel and left us 15 minutes in an hour to present our case. Luckily, I knew the evidence like the back of my hand and ran through it quickly. If it wasn’t for me, he would have lost. I would have been better off representing myself. He kept on insisting on this COBI counseling which costs $5,000 and even told the opposing party I would be willing to pay for it without my consent. This guy must have thought I was made out of money, because he sure acted like it. I guess if they want to go that route with their threats and blackmail, I will be contacting the State Bar of Arizona to file a complaint on their practices, harassment, blackmail and lack of communication and representation. And now that I saw the review by Jason two months ago about our personal documents being all over the local neighborhood makes it even more of a complaint. I received an email from Lori saying she had my file to pick up or they would shred it. Guess they aren’t shredding any legal documents as the review states. Glad I took screenshots as the internet last forever. They are crooks and unprofessional, go elsewhere.

Have no clue about their abilities as lawyers. What I do know is that I find documents of theirs and their clients, strewn about my neighborhood. I guess the shredding of legal documents isn't in their budget. And I find said documents strewn about, because they leave it in their trash bin every Friday. Which by Sunday, has been knocked over and blown about. So if you want all of your court papers blowing around a random neighborhood, these might be your guys. And I do have pictures of everyone's trash, if anyone from the office would like to see them. Step it up neighbor

I'd give no stars if I could…. After 2 years going through my divorce, I stuck with these guys, lost my kids, lost a lot of money to my ex, and $20K down the drain. She made off with EVERYTHING. The payment process lady laughed when I told her how much I could pay monthly. Just stay away there ARE BETTER OPTIONS!

Honestly very grateful, Sean took me on for an emergency hearing at last moments notice, but this is why they are getting 2 stars. Office staff were not very friendly, very short and unprofessional. Whether it was phone calls or walking in office they seemed very disorganized. They had no issues setting up my payment plan however when they ran out of my retainer fee. Sean, while very kind and understanding was not always well organized or seemed on top of things. He was not available when I had questions and did not seem as aggressive as he could have been in court. Looking back and now having another lawyer on my case, I can see where the ball was dropped. I can not say if its because he's not great at his job or because of the high stakes and short time frames we had. I did end up losing physical custody of my children in a case where he said it was open and shut. He ate through my retainer fee and then some with poor results.
