DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ! I called there 800 number and had to leave a voicemail. A person called back the next day. I started to tell her my situation and she put me on hold because the computer was having issues. Waited on hold for 5 min before they hung up on me. Called them back on the 800 number, left another message, she called back and left a message with a different number to call ( not in Iowa ), called that number, left another message and never got a call back.
