Didn't get my ticket thrown out or reduced, did traffic school which I could've done without them. In addition they sent me the wrong case results for a case that wasn't mine (different date and person completely) and were slow to respond. I get that they can't win every case, but expected better service. The process took about a year.

I had never used a service like this before, so I didn’t have high expectations but they really came through in the clutch. Not only did I avoid missing work to fight an unjust ticket, but they were able to get the ticket completely dismissed. Didn't expect the process to be so quick and straightforward. All I did was contact them and provide them a photo of my ticket. Everything from there on was handled by them with no intervention from my end. I even got timely updates (for ex when a court date was set etc). It was so seamless that I'd actually forgotten I had a court hearing set for a particular date. Never had to show up and apparently an attorney actually did represent me. Case was dismissed and I was notified the next morning.

Terrible experience. I contacted them for a traffic ticket and paid $500. Then I received a $400 fine and decided to call to cancel and pay the fine since it would be cheaper and save me time. They refused to cancel and insisted I continue with them, guaranteeing I wouldn't pay more. Months passed, and they did nothing. Instead of spending $400 on the fine, I ended up paying the $400 fine plus $500 for their services, a total of $900, when I should have only spent $400 on the fine. In short, I don't recommend them at all; they just take more money from you. It's better to wait until you receive the total amount due for the fine, which will be much cheaper, and simply pay the traffic ticket without acquiring their services.

Ticket Crushers did an amazing job. They took all of my information from the day I got my speeding ticket, took my personal information, and said I didn't need to do anything more and they would do the rest.
