Ticket Doctor

Not happy with Ticket Doctor. Needed help with speeding ticket. Sue at Ticket Doctor kept delaying me. Almost had license suspended. Took care of situation myself. Asked for refund. Everytime I call, no return call. No refund!

I can't say Enough about this Firm! From the first call with Sue She told me everything I need to know.The Ticket Doctor took care and got results with in 2 weeks! It all turned out perfect! And Sue is very professional and very Kind!! Go Ticket Doctor!! Give them a call if your looking for help on a ticket you received you will be Happy with the Out come!!

Fabulous people. I received a speeding ticket, and the Ticket Doctor team graciously called me back the same day I sent in my inquiry and explained how the DA in the county where I was pulled over handled traffic violations. Instead of taking my money needlessly (when another attorney wanted to charge $550), they sent me to a link that explained exactly what I had to do to resolve the ticket. You can't put a price on that kind of honesty and genuine kindness, not to mention ethical practices. I hope to not cross paths with the Ticket Doctor again, but I am so grateful for my initial experience and will recommend the team to any family and friends who receive tickets!

Go to literally anyone else. I paid them around $600 over a year ago, my ticket has been open for over a year, i now have yet another court date because they can't handle the simplest tickets. And I've called them multiple times and get told the same thing every time, I'll get a call back, have I? No.

Just got off the phone with her about a ticket I got from a camera she told me it straight just pay. super nice on the phone

The ticket doctor has handled several tickets for me. They are professional, quick, and cheap. They have successfully reduced two tickets for me, and today, they walked me through paying a moving violation. Lisa and Sue were both very nice on the phone and informative. Would not recommend. Rude, HORRIBLE customer service, and extremely unorganized. What type of company keeps clients files in storage units 30 miles away from their office and doesn’t have access to it! They use a call answering service, but don’t expect a call back because you will never receive one! You can tell the answering service takes a lot of heat because they always say “sorry we’re just here to take the message”. Definitely a red flag, probably the reason they don’t answer their own inbound calls. I guess this is what I should expect for a service I paid for 3 years ago and I get a letter from the court saying my license is being suspended, thanks ticket doctor! 👍
