I got a speeding ticket in Campbell County on Oct 1st of 2023. Was going 14 over the posted speed. This was my first speeding ticket ever and I am now 54 years old. I was debating my options: hire a lawyer, take a driver improvement class, or just pay the ticket. I filled out a "contact" us form and got a call the very next day from Mr. Tiller's Administrative Legal Assistant, Leah Mayhugh. She was very nice and helpful too. We talked about my options and since the ticket did not have to be paid until mid Nov I had some time to think things over. I needed a truly simple will, which is what he advertised. He and Leah worked with me to fashion that simple will. Both were very pleasant to work with Very pleased with the service and advice I got.

He argued more with me then the judge. Claims he sent emails that we never had, swore he told us to do things he never did. Never once talked to the guy, only ever his secretary. He got in front of a judge and told him “there’s really nothing I can do for this client”. Total waste of money and time. If you need a good traffic attorney, check ticket clinic

Would not recommend!! , did not feel Mr. Tiller defended me in the slightest, felt as if i was another case dumped on his desk! Very disappointed in him and his disrespectfulness to my mother. Leah however was wonderful and wish her the best! If you are looking for a lawyer who will defend you and make you feel welcome and in actual "good hands" look anywhere but here! Would rate lower if possible!

Very disconnected with client paying large money for valid defense. Did not bother to listen to all details or voice those details at court to judge. Could have lifted a lifetime burden of conviction on a young first time offender or at the very least had conviction sealed for the wellbeing of this person's future. Did not feel "we were in good hands", very disappointed with his representation!
