Tim gave me great advice on how to go about workers compensation and what to expect when going through the process.
Thanks for calling, Austin. There are some important things workers comp adjusters do not tell injured workers so I'm happy to provide (free) advice early on in the claim process. If the adjuster denies a part of your claim, I have lots of litigation experience and am happy to with that piece too, if needed.

Often (or always), workers comp adjusters will not tell injured workers about the importance of gathering certain evidence (written work restrictions), keeping copies, not quitting the job, and that the injured worker has a right to change doctors, etc.
