I am going to take my time with this review! My husband was referred to Mr. Bowden by another law firm. My husband contacted him on a workers compensation claim. Mr. Bowden called and listened to all the details and it continued from there. This case went on for over a year. And during that time Mr. Bowden and staff was there the entire way. Even with communicating on the weekends. My husband and I both HIGHLY recommend Tim. You will NOT go wrong with him representing you or your family! My case took over a year and it always seemed to be on the back burner. I was smashed into by a guy who admitted being distracted by his phone. Easy case but another issue was that my airbags did not deploy. I had front and side. However Mr Bowden never pressed the issue. I am a disabled Veteran and I would not recommend him, sorry he was referred to me. Not surprised they can't find my file!!!

An absolute joke, a liar, a fraud, I only work with e mails and proof of work. So there's no he say she say. I had to let the boy go he is an embarasement and the way the kid cussed me like I was some kid of his, IN FRONT OF MY FAMILY,! My 10 year old nephew, daughter and other kids found out today who Timmy boy really is STAY FAr AWAY FROM THIS KID HE IS A JOKE TO REAL PEOPLE now of course Jennifer does all the work and gets blamed for his incompetence, she tried but she knew he had did wrong and even her sweet self didn't want to continue after his lies, highly recommend the lady that did all the work!

As a Disabled Veteran, I have an incident that was discrimination against me for my service-connected disability, by a university which resulted in an increase in my disability, which is recorded by the attending Neuropsychologist. This is an official matter of record. I explained this in detail to the firm, and I was just informed the attorney refused to review it. Clearly I was discriminated against by the attorney .This is an attitude of Ameriphobic Bigotry, which is clearly obvious in our society. Don't go to Tim Bowden as he has discriminatory bigotry against certain people. Disabled Veteran are a clear target by him.
