I had an issue with my brand new car and although, I will be honest, I was skeptical at first since this was my first time ever doing this, I had a great experience with Abeel & Associates. From the start they had great customer service, always picked up the phone, responded to emails in a timely manner, and most importantly got the job done. Sally, the intake specialist was very helpful with my initial questions which I really appreciated. My lawyer was John Sczepanski and my paralegal was Lia Williams. They both did a great job with my case and Lia was very responsive to all of my emails and questions during the time the buyback was going on. All in all the process took about 6 months but it was worth it. I got the service I was hoping for.
