I highly recommend Tim and have used his services twice now-once for a closing on a single family home and once for a quitclaim deed. He is always very quick to respond, asks necessary questions to ensure he is providing us with appropriate counseling, and his rates are so reasonable. Personally, I found all our interactions to be professional, respectful, honest, and kind. I had called several local firms for closing quotes, and got slimy vibes from a few. So his straightforward demeanor was a breath of fresh air. He came highly recommended from our buyer's agent, and I'm so glad he was recommended to us! I will be calling Tim for any future legal needs. It's worth noting that there were some hiccups on the seller's end at closing, and Tim set up a plan that protected our interests as buyers, while ensuring the sellers got funding in a timely manner. Tim helped minimize disruptions to the schedule and the funding in a way that worked well for both sides. We are grateful for his quick thinking and thankful to have had him representing us. I genuinely feel that our closing would not have happened if we had gone with a less experienced lawyer.
