I reached out multiple times, was promised a call back, and have quite literally been waiting since June. ‘Selective’ seems to mean dismissive, because rather than providing a straightforward response, you simply ignored follow-ups. A prospective client’s experience matters just as much as a paying client’s, and the way your office handles initial interactions speaks volumes. Professionalism isn’t just about being ‘candid and direct’—it’s about basic courtesy and communication. My review stands.

Tim went above and beyond in helping me with my case. Tim Elliot had been retained by a former employer a few years back to represent them .I needed an attorney for a legal matter in late 2016. I called Mr. Elliot to seek legal advice. The case was complicated and I was unsure if I could win . I knew I needed a very good attorney. Tim met with me for an initial consultation at no charge. He agreed to represent me. Mr. Elliot is a native Bend resident –I liked that.
