Tim did my Moms and husband’s POA . He is straight forward and is detailed oriented. I’m very happy with him.

Tim is straight forward and explains things well. I had a document that he took a look at.

This attorney is by far the worst attorney ever. My sister and I have been dealing with the death of our mom since January 2022 and dealing with her estate. My stepdad (recently divorced the year before) has a lien against the property in Thompson Falls and we were aware that money was owed to remove him. We have paid the money owed after being told by Timothy that we would receive a letter of payoff. This is after we submitted proof of all the money sent to our stepdad to pay off the divorce. Now he is giving us the run around and holding us up longer even though we have satisfied the obligations between our moms estate and his client. This is the last step in resolving our moms estate. Will never do business with this man and hope you don't either.
