Refuses to communicate. When he does communicate says he will call/meet at certain times, then either does not show for meeting, or refuses to accept calls. All after referring clients to him. If you go to the address he has advertised 17225 El Camino Real #190, Houston, TX 77058 it is actually not his office. It is the office of the Dean Law Firm who claims no association with him other than to allow him to share an office space.
