Yes, if you live anywhere near Missoula then this is probably the law firm you should hire, go to their website or call now. I will forever be grateful to Sarah and the rest of the team at Tipp Coburn Lockwood. I found myself in what I thought to be an unwinnable situation which required the counsel of someone better than just a good criminal defense lawyer. Thankfully Sarah is that someone I needed and helped navigate me through our complicated current justice system to a resolution that I can live with. Through the (affordable) power of her legal expertise, the reputation she has built for herself in her community, and the ability to execute a plan which required adaptation I am able to now type this while next to my beloved dog, a free human being. Every person I interacted with at this firm was pleasant, helpful, and made it clear that I was both welcome and my business wanted there. I will be a lifelong client of Sarah's up until she retires or answers the eventual call of the bench to a judicial appointment. If you hire Sarah then you're basically getting a mixture of Clarence Darrow's prowess, Atticus Finch's nobility, and Johhny Cochran's formidable fashion sense to represent you. You could do worse so why not just hire the best instead?

I have used many attorneys over the years and this is by far the worst firm I have ever used!

At some point I have worked with all the lawyers in this firm. They are best in my opinion and have always gone way and above for me over the years.

I'm from the east coast so I really didn't know how the law works in Montana. Mr.Tipp was able to workout a deal with the prosecutor in my case and got a majority of my time suspended. he even picked me up and dropped me off at the airport when I was ready to go back up there to serve my time. Since my charge was just a misdemeanor and with recent changes to Montana law, I may look at using this firm to get my conviction exonerated in a few years.
