Tippens and Zurosky

Got hurt at the job hired these guys for no reason at all. No help no communication just strung me along for a year for them to tell me they couldn’t represent me after making all those promises. I don’t recommend them to no one. 🗑️

I must admit, when soliciting representation you are met with so many obstacles to it becomes a task and not a privilege. For me the partnership that I'd ultimately formed with Mr. Tippens was a privilege. Throughout my ordeal, I was carried and treated with grace and reassurance. I got hurt at a major hospital by no fault of my own. I knew that I could not fight a workers compensation claim of this magnitude by myself. I knew in my mind that I had to get the best workers comp attorney in Charlotte North Carolina. I conducted a google search of review, trust pilot and AI. In doing my research I derived and Tippens and Zurosky. My Attorney was Kirk Zurosky. Him and his legal assistant work tooth and nail for me. He was very through and transparent. His legal assistant Tia was always kind respectful and knowledgeable of my case, strategies and communication updates. Tia was also very caring and empathetic to me and my injury situation. Kirk and Tia were very organized, structured and diligent. What stood out most to me was Kirk’s servant attitude, confidence, trust but yet he had a no nonsense, direct, definite defeat and Conquer attitude during the legal battle and mediation. Before I start, I want to make something clear. This review will describe my decision to have my case reviewed by the law firm that is Tippens and Zurosky. What I cannot guarantee is that your case will be resolved like mine was because there are factors that affect our situation and how they may or may not have the foundations to build a case on. However, what I CAN guarantee is that the folks who dedicate their service and hard work for folks like me will fight for you and keep you in contact with every step in the process. I was out of work because of it and sought Worker's Compensation so that I could get paid while I dealt with finding ways to rehab so that I can get back to work at 100%.
