Both Diego and Michael are horrible. Seemed like they never cared about my case. I would call and call could only get through to the receptionist they won’t ever call you back or pick up. They missed one of my virtual hearings and only cared about the money upfront then never cared again. The only time I spoke to them was at the court for my hearing which I was there even before Diego. I can’t stress it enough how bad this firm is I don’t know how they get any good reviews, do not go here for a dui.

Micheal was great! He got the case dropped the day after he took it!! He’s pretty affordable and will be recommending to friends and family.

Avoid at All Costs – Unprofessional and Misleading I hired Michael and Diego on August 19, 2024, and it was one of the worst legal decisions I’ve ever made. From the start, they told me exactly what I wanted to hear just to secure payment. Once paid, communication became nearly nonexistent, and they failed to submit all the proper evidence in my case. They wouldn’t even contact a key witness until after receiving additional money for trial. They were not upfront about their pricing—a major red flag—and constantly pushed for continuances, seemingly to drag the case out and collect more fees. Right before trial, I had to fire them (March 6, 2025) and hired a new legal team on March 10. Less than a month later, on April 5, 2025, my case was successfully dismissed. To make things worse, Michael claimed that a 36-month DOC plea deal was a “good offer” despite my innocence. Diego even went behind my back and told my new attorney that my case was a lost cause—completely untrue. These two showed no commitment to justice or to my best interests. In my opinion, they were more interested in money than in providing real legal representation. Save yourself the stress, time, and money—look elsewhere.

What an excellent team from top to bottom here. Can't say it enough how helpful the office staff is and how well they handled my questions and extensive paperwork throughout my case. The lawyers here and are also top notch. I appreciate their time and energy put on my case. Even after my trial there were there to help with the follow up steps. I spoke with Micheal initially he made me feel comfortable and confident with the road ahead. Heather and Martha were always there to help. In southwest Florida where customer service is lacking these lady's really standout. You're in good hands here.

Do not use this Firm.you will be sorry.they will not follow thru if your paperwork is wrong.misrepresentation!They wont follow up,return phone calls or emails in a timely manner. they dont know the laws like they say they do,wont give you a step by step process.etc etc.i could have had my licence months earlier witch cost me thousands.$$
