I was rear-ended in a car accident. After doing research, I came across James Scott Farrin Law Firm who recommended Daniel Titsworth. As such, I complied with all matters to have Mr. Titsworth represent me regarding my injuries from the car accident. After almost 2 years and me questioning case timing/costs associated with Mr. Titsworth services, he basically told me under no uncertain terms, “This is the best I can do for you” & “Insurance companies can say/do what they want”…I learned that James Scott Farrin, who recommended me, was also directly legally responsible for Mr. Titsworth representing me – as they were the referring party. As I continued to question Mr. Titsworth practices and lack of follow up and follow through with him legal commitments to me, as well as James Scott Farrin – they immediately dropped my case. As such, I had to sign a legal document, stating, in effect “Neither Titsworth or James Scott Farrin, are legally presenting me and all matters are now settled between them and I”. I ended up representing myself. As such, I was awarded more funds than what Mr. Titsworth had originally told me was the max he could get or ask for, legally. Furthermore – I did not have to pay any percentage to anyone. My message here is that James Scott Farrin, recommended me the WORST recommendation possible – Mr. Titsworth. I would highly recommend neither Legal Party as they both DO NOT CARE about the injured clients they are “allegedly” representing.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I rarely write reviews, but I feel obligated to share my honest and painful experience so other families do not go through what we did. My husband hired this attorney believing he would strongly defend our case. Unfortunately, the experience caused him severe frustration, emotional stress, and complete disappointment. The level of communication was extremely poor, professionalism was lacking, and the case felt neglected from the beginning. We were repeatedly promised draft documents and updates that were never delivered. There were also contradictions between what the attorney said and what his staff communicated, which made us lose confidence in the handling of our case. At no point did we feel that meaningful legal advocacy was being provided. Despite this, the attorney was unwilling to reduce his fee initially. We trusted that he would fight for our rights, but we saw no real effort or strategic legal work being done. The most shocking part came when the attorney obtained a settlement offer of $1,500, stating he would pay a medical bill and take half of his fees, leaving my husband with approximately $900. This was devastating and felt completely unfair considering the circumstances. My husband made the difficult decision to terminate representation. After doing so, he personally negotiated with the insurance company and successfully obtained more than double the amount that the attorney secured — without legal representation. In our experience, the attorney did not actively advocate for our case, did not prepare promised legal drafts, and appeared to mainly forward emails rather than manage or negotiate the claim effectively. As a family, this experience caused significant emotional distress and loss of trust. We hope our experience helps others make careful decisions when choosing legal representation.

-⭐☆☆☆☆ I wish Google offered a "minus star" rating for this office. I hired this attorney expecting professional legal representation and active advocacy. Instead, I experienced a profound lack of professional diligence and a pattern of misrepresentation (تضليل) regarding the work being performed. Key Issues During Representation: False Status Updates: I was repeatedly told a "Demand Letter" was being prepared. After 13 days, I discovered no letter had been written and there was no intention to send one. The assistant explicitly claimed the demand had been sent—a statement proven false by their own subsequent emails. Zero Substantive Work: Despite me providing a complete file, the attorney failed to collect additional records or draft a single legal argument. My case was treated as a "document-forwarding" exercise rather than legal advocacy. Failure to Advocate: The attorney pushed me to accept a $1,500 "final" offer, claiming it was non-negotiable. He failed to issue a counter-demand or apply any legal pressure, acting more like a mediator for the insurance company than my representative. Imagine hiring a lawyer only to be left with a net recovery of $900. The Outcome: The most telling part of this experience is what happened after I terminated his services. By representing myself and applying the diligence this case deserved, I was able to secure a settlement double the amount the attorney insisted was "final." This outcome is the ultimate proof that my case was undervalued and poorly handled. My only regret is wasting valuable time with a firm that prioritized a quick turnover over the actual interests of their client. I do not recommend their services to any accident victim seeking serious representation.

Dan and his team were extremely helpful after my accident. Strong communication and made all of the bill and record collecting very easy.

If I could give zero stars I would . DO NOT contact this company when looking for free advice the attorney was highly rude with his approach . I called asking if I had a case and he cut me off to ask me what my point of calling was for . I then explain to him again and he abruptly says I’m not gonna get a law suit bc nobody will take that cause it don’t make sense . This is most definitely the most unprofessional law office I spoke with today .

It is probably impossible to truly convey the level of gratitude for Dan and Kim. I was in a bad way mentally, physically and financially. My wife Donna from the start spoke to Dan and he helped us before we actually met him. If you are looking for a Attorney to represent your interest. I have worked with Dan Titsworth in a few different capacities over the past 4 years. You will not find a more genuine attorney, he is personable and professional from the time you walk in, until the time you leave.
